Samson and Delilah are a bonded pair of 6-year-old Afghans. Their family lost their home, and could not keep them.

The two have been together their whole lives, and need to stay together. They are sweet, loving dogs who want to be held and cuddled. They thrive on affection and attention. Samson and Delilah are good with adults and children, other dogs (both large and small), but they need to be in a home without cats.

Samson and Delilah are house trained, do well walking on the leash, and do well with recall (with treats!). They could use some basic training–they are very willing to learn; they just haven’t been taught. They ride well in the car and love running in the yard.

Samson (male) is a self-masked cream and Delilah (female) is a self-masked black who may have some silver in her coat when it grows back. Samson has a happy, outgoing personality. He is a cuddler and wants to be a lap dog. Delilah is sensitive and somewhat reserved, but she warms up quickly with a gentle, soft touch and manner. She loves to run and loves to be held.

They are spayed/neutered, current on their vaccinations, and have recently had blood work which is all normal.

Samson and Delilah are in Arizona. There is an adoption fee, and the new home must have a six foot fence.
