I'm in a horrible position, we had a horrible storm in March 2005 and it caused a tree to break my 6 ft fence and I did not find out until the morning because I was at a teaching seminar in Missouri. Both of my male afghans got out and ended up 20 miles away, the day I got home I talked to neighbors and they said they saw them going down the main street to the highway I-40, I put up posters all over and I got tips from all over and I found them at a truck station but it was 5 am. They were so frightened they ran from me, I caught one and I thank God I did. But my other afghan took off next to the highway which is 122 acres of unfenced land. I got three calls saying he'd been seen 7 miles away in Del City (right down I-40) and when I got there nothing. The second was a man who'd been stranded at the truck stop/station said he'd seen someone put my dog in his semi-truck. He'd given me tips that were so real he couldn't of lied. The third was a guy in the bad neighborhood next to the truck station saying he knew a guy who had the dog and was trying to sell it. I just want to know if Charlie is okay and I am offering a reward for information and the return, no questions asked. Please I've been looking so long and I have a limited area, I just request that you put up a picture and a detail of Charlie so I can make sure he's okay. Thank you for your time.

Found in Atlanta - 1 Afghan Hound

Found in Austin - 2 Afghan Hounds

These two Afghans were found running down City Park Road which is off Farm to Market road 2222 in North West Austin. This is very close to the north side of Lake Austin. This area is well off the highway but close to Emma Long Park which is an area that someone might have visited for Easter Sunday. The park is close to the boat  docks and camping area. These Afghans were great in the car and were not afraid of me.

Dana P. a very nice woman found these two Afghans running down City Park Drive. Dana's husband was able to catch them and bring them to their house while Dana spent the morning looking for their owners by contacted vets and breeders in the area. There is no ad in our local paper today but maybe there will be one in the Friday paper.

Please help if you have any information about these two Afghans. I do have pictures and will send them ASAP. Thank you

Ella is a 3.5 y.o. black female, wearing red collar with reflector ID. Escaped 12/26/99 from yard in San Dimas, CA. Ella is in full coat, which very likely is full of stickers and thorns. She has been staying in a large park (very wild) just northwest of Los Angeles.

Crickett

Crickett has been a stray since April, she will not resemble this!

"Crickett" is a 4 year old petite black female Afghan Hound who has been missing from the Kent, Ohio area since April 22, 1999.

The most recent sighting was on June 1, from a highway patrolman on Rte. 422, between Auburn Corners and Parkman. Her owners have ads in newspapers from Cleveland to Ashtabula, and from Lake County to Portage County (this covers the northeastern corner of Ohio). They have spent their weekends stuffing mailboxes with flyers and driving for hours. Crickett seems to be slowly moving northeast from home.
